We operate a strict 30 days from date of invoice, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.

How long does it take to set up the account?
Once we have received the fully completed application form and if accepted your account will be set up with in 24hrs.
At Solid Network Security we considered very carefully what would be the best payment gateway for our customers. PayPal in our mind came out on top for security and ease of use.

Hardware Products:
Hardware products are generally delivered within 2-3 working days on receipt of payment or in the case of purchase order 2-7 working days once the purchase order has been accepted. If you order is for an imminent important project please contact us directly on 0845 519 2835 and we will be more than happy to confirm a delivery date.
Electronic Products:
You will receive a link to the download site once payment has been received and you will be sent your license keys within 1 working day. In the case of purchase orders once the order has been accepted you will be sent the download link with and you will receive you license keys within 1 working day.
Services / Managed Services:
Once we have recived and accepted your order a member of our team will contact you and agree a time frame for the implimentaion of the service or managed service.
Electronic products are delivered free of charge unless there is a need to post licenses and this cost will be shown when the product is added to your shopping cart.
Hardware product delivery charges will vary dependent upon the weight, size and shipping location. The delivery cost will be shown when you add the product to you shopping cart.
